Chandler Udo joined Bergman Draper Oslund in 2011. Chandler has successfully litigated numerous asbestos products liability cases in both state and federal courts. He has extensive trial experience, including as first-chair trial counsel. He works tirelessly to obtain the best possible outcome for his clients from the initial client meeting through the conclusion of trial.
- $3.75 Million settlement for a 41-year-old mesothelioma victim with exposure to asbestos through her father who worked at an iron plant.
- $1.1 million verdict for an 89-year-old mesothelioma victim with exposure to asbestos through her husband, who worked with asbestos flooring.
- $1.6 million in settlements for a 66-year-old mesothelioma victim with exposure to asbestos at a steel mill and onboard Navy ships.
Prior to joining Bergman Draper Oslund, Chandler was a law clerk to the Honorable Ellen J. Fair in Snohomish County Superior Court.
