David S. Frockt
Of Counsel
David Frockt was one of the founders of Bergman Draper Ladenburg (formerly Bergman & Frockt), and is currently Of Counsel to the firm. He represents individuals and families in asbestos related product and premises liability cases. Additionally, his work experience includes representing companies and individual clients in maritime, employment, insurance, intellectual property and general business matters.
He joined Bergman Draper Ladenburg in 2000 after beginning his legal career in 1998 at Riddell Williams P.S., a large Seattle law firm. Prior to joining the legal profession, Mr. Frockt served as an aide to the Honorable Romano L. Mazzoli, formerly a member of the Judiciary Committee in the U.S. House of Representatives. Mr. Frockt also worked in the telecommunications industry and in public health research at the University of California, San Francisco. He is active in Democratic politics, having been elected a Washington delegate to the 2000 Democratic National Convention.
David is currently serving as a State Senator in the Washington State House of Representatives, North Seattle’s 46th Legislative District, in Olympia.
