Brian Ladenburg joined Bergman & Frockt as an associate in 2006. Brian practices in the areas of toxic torts, with a strong focus on representing cancer victims in litigation and claims arising out of exposure to asbestos. Mr. Ladenburg has significant litigation experience, including trying several cases to verdict as first-chair trial counsel. In addition to asbestos litigation, Mr. Ladenburg handles other matters for Bergman & Frockt clients, including real estate, medical malpractice, and general personal injury litigation.

Prior to joining Bergman & Frockt, Mr. Ladenburg practiced at other law firms in Seattle and Tacoma for 5 years, with a focus on catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases and complex real estate and construction litigation. Mr. Ladenburg is a member of the Washington State, King County, Pierce County, and Federal Bar Associations, as well as the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association.

Mr. Ladenburg served as an extern and later as interim law clerk to the Honorable Franklin D. Burgess, United States District Court, Western District of Washington, 1998-1999.
