Glenn Draper has been fighting for the rights of individuals against big business and government for a decade. Glenn was one of the leading attorneys for Innocence Project Northwest, and succeeded in overturning the convictions of three wrongfully convicted men. He was one of several attorneys at Innocence Project Northwest that were awarded the National Law Journal's Pro Bono Award in 2000 for their work debunking the so- called Wenatchee Sex Ring. Glenn has also been recognized as a Quiet Hero by the King County Bar Association for his pro bono work. He was named by his peers as a Superlawyer in Washington Law and Politics magazine every year from 2000 to 2005.
Glenn has secured large settlements from various local governments for civil rights violations, and secured a six-figure settlement on behalf of two African American customers who were discriminated against by an international retailer. Glenn has appeared in Washington State Superior Courts in King, Pierce, Snohomish, Skagit, Whatcom, Kitsap, Jefferson, Pacific, Lewis, Grant, Douglas, Okanagon, Klickitat, and Spokane counties. He is also admitted to practice in U.S. District Court for both the Eastern and Western districts of Washington, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court. Glenn has been representing victims of mesothelioma and other asbestos-caused disease since 2004.
Glenn is a 1994 honors graduate of the University of Washington School of Law, where he served on both the editorial staff of the Washington Law Review, and on the Moot Court Honor Board. He received his Bachelors Degree from the University of Washington in 1989, Magna Cum Laude, and was also selected for Phi Beta Kappa.
Glenn served in the U.S. Army for two years, and was chosen as the Soldier of the Year from over 5,000 soldiers in the U.S. Army Support Command Hawaii.
