David S. Frockt is a partner in Bergman & Frockt and represents individuals and families in asbestos related product and premises liability cases. Additionally, his work experience includes representing companies and individual clients in maritime. employment, insurance, intellectual property and general business matters.

Originally from Louisville, Kentucky, Mr. Frockt is a 1998 graduate of the UCLA School of Law and a 1991 honors graduate from the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to attending UCLA, he attended the University of Kentucky College of Law where he was selected to the Law Review after his first year. He joined Bergman & Frockt in 2000 after beginning his legal career in 1998 at Riddell Williams P.S., a large Seattle law firm.

Prior to joining the legal profession, Mr. Frockt served as an aide to the Honorable Romano L. Mazzoli, formerly a member of the Judiciary Committee in the U.S. House of Representatives. Mr. Frockt also worked in the telecommunications industry and in public health research at the University of California, San Francisco. He is active in Democratic politics, having been elected a Washington delegate to the 2000 Democratic National Convention. He is a member of the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association, the American Trial Lawyers Association and the American Bar Association. He is active in his community and has participated in environmental and civil rights organizations in Washington. In 2003 and 2007, Mr. Frockt was selected as a Rising Star of Washington Law by Washington Law and Politics Magazine.
