How to get to our office:
Our office is located on the 4th floor of 614 First Avenue. There are parking lots and garages throughout the area but there is not one specifically for our building. When you walk in the front door of the building, travel back to the elevator. Take the elevator to the 4th floor. Please note that you need to select the 4th floor under our address as we share an elevator with the adjoining building. Upon exiting the elevator, you will see our reception desk.

Westbound on I-90:

  • Take I-90 West to I-5 North
  • Take exit 2C for I-5 N toward Vancouver B.C.
  • Keep right at the fork, follow signs for James Street
  • Turn left at James Street
  • Turn right at Yesler Way (briefly)
  • Take the 1st right onto 1st Avenue
  • Our office will be on the right

Southbound on I-5 (also for those connecting to I-5 via 520):

  • As you near Seattle, get into the right lane (watch for exit only lanes)
  • Take exit 165A toward James Street
  • Merge onto 6th Ave
  • Turn left at James Street
  • Turn right at Yesler Way (briefly)
  • Take the 1st right onto 1st Avenue
  • Our office will be on the right

Northbound on I-5:

  • As you near downtown Seattle northbound on I-5, get into the far right lane (watch for exit only lanes)
  • Take exit 164A for Dearborn Street towards James Street/Madison Street
  • When lane becomes multiple lanes, merge to the far right and keep right at the fork following signs for James Street
  • Take a left on James Street
  • Follow James Street (down the hill)
  • Turn left at James Street
  • Turn right at Yesler Way (briefly)
  • Take the 1st right onto 1st Avenue
  • Our office will be on the right
